Preparing face for make-up!

1: make sure you know what the condition your skin is and what skin type you have. As this will decide your skin care routine and make up formulas.
2: Choose the right foundation formula as this is your base and will be noticed more.
3: Make sure you have right foundation shade.
4: Your under eye concealer should be 1 or 2 shades lighter than your skin tone as this will give the illusion of alert and awake eyes.
5: Select the right shade of powder as this gives a fresh look and will keep your make up in place so need to choose the right one!

How to apply bronzer!

1: Use a large, flat brush, put a small amount of bronzer for an even coverage. Start at the apples of your cheeks and work your way towards the temple.

2: Dust a little on areas that catch the sun the most- cheeks, forehead and chin.

3: Apply a little to the jaw line and work down in to the neck area.

4: make sure the color is well blended.

Smokey eye tutorial!

Prime the eye and use a white base. Apply a slightly darker eye shadow to the lid from the lash line to the crease. In the crease you want to apply a darker toned eye shadow. Blend well! Then use a thick cat eye liner and your sophisticated  look is complete!

apply over a clean face or your chosen foundation. The product can be applied with either your fingers, a foundation brush or a make up sponge.
1: use a sparse amount at first ( you can always add more if needed)
2: smile, and apply you chosen blush to the apple of the cheek and towards your temple then blend.
3: blend thoroughly keeping the product right on your cheek bone

glam eyes tutorial

This is a great eye look for nights out and special occasions. Over a white base use dramatic colors like grays and slates. Build depth into the eye and the crease. Finish with a thick black eye liner into a cat eye for more of a sophisticated look. Add  metallic or glitter for even more glamour. Add false lashes or 4-5 coats of mascara for a truly glamorous look.

Make-up for teens!

Most teenagers love make-up but they often don't know the basics or guide lines. T he teen years are the time for fashion and colourfulness!

1: Don't use an all over foundation application, use it to cover blemishes and colour correcting areas.
2: Don't use make-up to look older than you are it looks to harsh and you'll end up feel uncomfortable.
3: Keep the tones and shades of make-up sheer, avoid dark smoky eyes and bright cheeks and lips.
4: If skin is oily use blotting paper instead of trying to stop it by over drying your skin.
5: Use and clear brow to keep eye brows in place instead of using brow fillers.
6: Learn how to cover a black head

HOW TO COVER A BLACK HEAD
1: Choose a concealer that is exactly your skin tone.
2: With concealer dab the concealer onto the spot and wipe around it, apply second layer if necessary.
3: Dust a bit of colour correcting powder over the top this makes the spot blend in better and keep the concealer in place.

Summer hints and tips!

FINALLY! It is summer so get your hats out and slap on your sunscreen on because i'm going to tell you what you guys need to stay beautiful this summer! So firstly is the basic WATER! It should be your best friend these hot months as your body is 80% water it silly to get dehydrated and feeling sick when you can be out doing some exercise. Next eating healthily it will help you allot as they make you feel and look better in yourself. Then, sunscreen this is essential if you want to be safe because if you don't use sunscreen you are more likely to get skin cancer or a skin disease so don't do that to yourself and were a bit of SPF. fashion,  whether it is a pair of jeans are some butt showing shorts we all have different comfort levels so just wear light clothes and  make sure to stay cool don't over heat as these means things in your body may stop working (cells- we learnt it in science!)

Empties!

Hey everyone,
so I've challenged my self to use up products that were old and I think I have done quite well. I will do a full review on all these products to. So firstly I used up some tea tree and witch hazel facial wipes, these are amazing they cleared up my acne in about half a month (2 weeks.) The next thing is 2 body shop body butters in the scents strawberry and love etc. They both have a unique scent are very moisturising.  Another thing was the neutrogena visibly clear pink grapefruit daily scrub and cream wash. They are both amazing and they make my skin  so clear! I also have a hair mask from tresemme it's a deep conditioning mask and left my hair so soft especially in the summer heat when my hair is driest. Also I used up alot of lush products I <3 LUSH! So the first thing was the twilight shower gel it smells amazing just like the bath bomb. Also the sweetie pie shower jelly this smells really fruity I may repurchase it but I'm not sure just yet. I got a sampler size of the batiste dry shampoo this stuff makes my hair so textured yet it still looked clean definitely a repurchase for me. And lastly my body shop loose powder this gave me alot of coverage and made my skin feel moisturised and not dry! There are some more products but I think I'll put that in a video instead.

review on sheet masks!

Hey everyone! :)
So I just bought 2 sheet masks for £1 (which is so cheap!) And I just tried my dead sea salt one. So I decided to do a review of it on my blog :). Firstly, the mask is massive! It does not fit my face at all. However it was very refreshing and would wake you up in the morning. The smell was amazing I really liked it but I don't think the scent would be for everyone. I'm excited to use my tea tree one as well!

Spring favourites!

I love spring (even though it's summer now!) it is my favourite time of year. The lambs are born, flowers come out and the weather starts getting warmer, the perfect time for a spring clean and a favourites blog.

First of all is my favourite shower gel. This is 'The Body Shop's' blueberry shower gel. I love this because it is so refreshing and clean. Also the scent is perfect for the warmer and more humid weather.

 Secondly, my favourite body scrub which is by 'treacle moon' The name of this fabulous product is The raspberry kiss and is is extremely ex foliating . It has little seed which get crushed into your skin getting rid of hard skin or flaky skin. The scent is like a raspberry cupcake and is so yummy.






Thirdly, my favourite body butter again from ' The Body Shop' I love the strawberry scent it is uplifting and is silky smooth to the touch. It has a light whipped texture and smells like a strawberry parade (not like i know what a strawberry parade smells like. haha.)

 I have also been obsessed with red lipstick. I love the way it pops a boring outfit and makes me stand out from the crowd.

 Smoky eyes have been a must have this season. It is natural but not boring and goes with any outfit. (by the way this is not my eye!) I love the way it goes with any hair colour and style!

 I love candles and this 'Yankee Candle' smells amazing it is fruity but  fresh and has spring written all over it (not literally)  I love the shade of orange and all together I adore this candle, I burn it every night!
